Andi studied massage therapy majoring in sports rehabilitation. Her adventurous spirit took her to Los Angeles where she worked in a sports rehab clinic in Beverly Hills as well as with a chiropractor in Hollywood. After a year of working in LA she ventured to Tokyo, Japan where she realized her love for personal training. She hasn’t looked back since. Upon her return to Canada she started working for The Sports Clubs of Canada downtown Toronto where she was a trainer for 8 years. Owning her own business by becoming an in home personal trainer was naturally the next step. To her surprise business expanded quickly and she now contracts work to trainers all over the GTA.
Competing in the Miss Fitness Canada competitions gave Andi in depth hands on training on how nutrition, cardio and weight training affects your body's health and aesthetics. Her life revolves around sports which currently include beach volleyball, salsa dancing, rollerblading and of course weight training.
Andi’s focus with clients is to teach them how to create a healthy lifestyle that works into their daily schedule for the rest of their life. Habits take time to form. Each client is looked at on an individual basis and adjustments are made according to their personal needs. There will never be a mass program design or format. Each program is custom designed. Andi loves what she does and wants to find exactly what will work for you. If you don’t like something there are always options to explore until you find a program that works for you. Certifications and courses that Andi currently has include ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management, SPI (sports performance institute) level 1,2, Techniques and Nutrition Specialist, AAHFRP (post rehabilitation), SWIS (weight training and injury specialist), pregnancy, psychology of sport, First Aid, and CPR. Andi is also a freelance technical consultant for Oxygen magazine's photo shoots.
Being such a diverse trainer in regards to her interests and education Andi’s clients vary drastically in needs and abilities. They range from athletes trying to excel in their sport and remain injury free to clients dealing with post rehabilitation of injuries such as knee and shoulder surgeries, pre and post gastric bypass and morbidly obese clients, to clients with no injuries that just want to learn how to work out and achieve their general health goals.

Fitness has always been a part of Wayne's life. He was heavily involved in athletics as a youngster and continued his athletic pursuits at The University of Windsor where he was a 5 year member of the Varsity Football team and served 3 consecutive years as captain.
Wayne has been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. Before becoming personal training director of the Cambridge Club downtown Wayne worked at The Sports Clubs of Canada and the Adelaide Club. When he changed clubs 75% of his clientele followed him. Wayne missed the one on one interaction with clients and stepped down from his position as director and went back to what he loves, personal training. He now has an in home studio as well as trains clients in their own home and parks.
On top of being highly motivating and compassionate Wayne is highly knowledgeable in his field. He is certified by the Sports Performance Institute, is rehab certified by the American Academy of Health, Fitness & Rehab Professionals, has SPI level 1, 2, Exercise Techniques, SPI Sports Nutrition.

Zaneta’s is always studying and learning more to broaden her knowledge and passion in the health and fitness industry. She is a certified Personal Trainer Specialist, has her Physiotherapist Assistant Diploma and is currently a student at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
As personal trainers we see all sorts of issues that have occurred due to clients bodies compensating for injured muscles. Most people have had an injury of one sort or another throughout their life be it a sprained ankle, knee or shoulder tear that may have lead to surgery or even heart attack and stroke. Zaneta has worked in physio therapy clinics assisting therapists with injuries. This hands on experience has been invaluable for her personal training career where she is now able to apply her knowledge of therapeutic exercises when working with post rehab clients.
Zaneta uses functional movement principles such as body posture, body mechanics and range of motion in her work out programs and practical performance. She uses the pilates principles as well as training techniques to help her clients reach their desired goal.
Her specialties are understanding injuries, working with special needs such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, and nutrition counseling for clients who aim for weight loss, energy increase and overall well being.

Jason has been a personal trainer since 1995. He started off in Manchester, England where he owned his own company and was training 60 hours a week. In 2001 he made the move to Toronto. Being new to the country he started working in a downtown executive fitness club. Quickly he started to build his in home training business as well as work full time in the gym. For five years he has had a consistant following in his weekly group boxing classes, as well as trains one on one with clients.
Jason’s background is in boxing and rugby. He has taken an interest in yoga, jogging, swimming and cycling. Jason is always reading and taking courses to keep up to date in the industry. He feels that core work is important to reduce the risk of injury and will help you achieve your goals whether they are sports related, weight loss, injury rehabilitation and prevention, or overall general health and well being. His certifications include Nautilus Fitness instructor, Nautilus weight management, Adidas performance training level 1, 2 and 3, Focus circuit training certifications, Nautilus advanced techniques and personal training, Can Fit Pro Personal Training, Can Fit Pro Nutrition and wellness Specialist, Sports Performance Institute Personal Training, Group Power instructor, First Aid, CPR and more.
While at working downtown Jason had one of the highest retention of clients in the club. His clients loved the results that he was able to help them achieve. Training is his life. He is always learning new and exciting ways to keep his clients motivated and give them variety in their work outs so that they are not bored.

Tala studied human nutrition at the undergraduate level and is currently completing a Masters degree in nutritional sciences at the University of Guelph. Her educational background has a strong focus on nutrition for health, fitness, and overcoming various chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Currently, Tala is working on research in physical activity and various psychological variables that impact physical activity levels.
As a certified personal trainer for over 5 years, Tala has been working in health and community centers designing fitness programs for clients with a wide range of fitness levels, ages, and goals. As a certified fitness instructor, she has been teaching exercise classes including boxercise, strength training, Hi/Low, circuit, and Pilates/yoga classes.
With an extensive educational background in nutrition, Tala has provided consultations in the areas of eating for health, fitness, and overcoming various chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis. From years of experience, she truly believes that the combination of fitness and nutrition is the only way to achieve a successful plan for lifelong health
