Services & Rates

Yoga and Pilates - Ashtanga and Kripula Yoga as well as Stott Pilates certified instructors are available for private one on one sessions, and group training. Instructors can teach in a board room or anywhere in your home or condo. The more friends or co-workers in your class the less each of you pays.

  • Private Session $80/hr for 10 sessions or $95/hr for individual session
  • Groups of 2 – 10 people $80/hr per group with a 10 session commitment
  • Groups of 11 – 15 people $95/hr per group with a 10 session commitment

Personal Training - Each session is one hour long. Equipment can be provided if not available in your home. Be prepared to sweat as you will be moving though a series of exercises that will help you achieve your goals taking into account your needs. The first few sessions will consist of teaching form and technique if needed. After that you will work hard and feel GREAT!!!!

Running Programs - Sessions are one hour long.  Each session can be tailored to your needs.  Our running specialists can assess your running gait and cadence, take you through cardio training programs, train you for a specific race or design a program for you do to on your own to train for a race.

  • Private Session $80/hr for 10 sessions or $95/hr for individual session
  • Groups of 2 – 10 people $80/hr per group with a 10 session commitment
  • Groups of 11 – 15 people $95/hr per group with a 10 session commitment
  • Program Design $150

Program Design - If you want to train on your own without a trainer a program can be set up for you to obtain your desired goals.

  • 1.5 to 2 hour session $150

Nutrition Counseling - A trainer will sit down with you and look at your food log. This will tell them about your habits, likes, dislikes, scheduling and knowledge of nutrition. From there they will be able to teach you what you need to know and help you build good habits over time. Nutrition is about balance. It has to be something you can maintain for the rest of your life so must take into account all foods, social events and dinners out.

  • 2 hour session $125 plus one free food log analysis
  • 1 hour follow up session $80 plus one free food log analysis

Weekly Food Log - Each week you will write down when you woke up and went to sleep, what and when you ate, when you did any activity and how you felt during those times of day. After reviewing your food log changes and ideas will be made taking into account food likes and dislikes, dietary restrictions, your lifestyle, cooking abilities, quick and easy recipes and more.

  • $20 per weekly food log

Grocery Store Venture - This starts in your kitchen where we go through your cupboards and I will teach you how to read your food labels. Together we will go to the grocery store and you will learn how to read food labels and make smarter choices.

  • 2 hours $150
